Single Phase Linear Hydraulic Operator

Swing Gates that are not required to operate excessively or at high speeds are best powered by the Model 390 Electro-hydraulic swing gate operator. This operator is powerful and all internal parts are immerged in hydraulic fluid including swing gate motor and motor windings. Fluid pressure regulated valves are fitted to the underneath of each operator and are easily adjusted to suit the weight of each gate leaf. The sealed non-vented Hydraulic system can not be contaminated by outside elements such as: dirt and moisture. A simple manual release is fitted to the operator.

3 Phase Operator

For intensive usage conditions where speed and reliability are a priority swing gates powered by the PK85 gate mechanism should be used. These swing gates are ideal for commercial sites such as high-rise developments, or for industrial sites such as chemical plants, fuel or transport depots.

The parts of the PK85 swing gate mechanism - motor, reduction gear, slipping clutch and limit switches - form a unit which is housed specifically for outdoor use in a sturdy, easily detachable protective casing. The electric motor is available in 3 Phase 415V or 3 Phase 230V with invertor.

The worm reduction gear box runs in an oil bath and all parts fitted with roller bearings. The swing gate mechanism is protected by a sturdy, easily detachable protective casing. The drive arms are supplied standard with various mounting holes provided to suit a large range of installation variances. Heavy duty bearing blocks support the drive shaft and primary lever arm.
